Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Manager II responsible for
financial management of right-of-way and dark fiber agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage budget forecasting, amortization schedules, cash payments,
and accruals
Conduct financial analyses, audits, and account reconciliations
related to contracts
Handle disputes with third-party and right-of-way providers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience in contract negotiation and
management
Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in business management or financial management
preferred
Experience in real estate contract management or legal field
preferred
