Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Finance to
support cross-functional teams and drive financial performance
through data analysis and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the company operating model and forecasting
models
Report on monthly financial results, including variance analyses
and key business trends
Provide data-driven insights and collaborate with senior leaders to
optimize profitability
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in Strategic Finance/FP&A, preferably
in investment banking or private equity
Advanced Excel, Google Suite, and financial modeling experience
Ownership mentality with the ability to drive cross-functional
projects autonomously
Experience with Netsuite, Looker, and SQL is a plus
Passionate about the environment and sustainability
